how to establish positive classroom culture (use SHINE tool-kit into lesson)
Check in:
Chee Hong: Use SHINE tool-kit in lesson, in particular scratch card and to ensure the alignment to CAR when designing lesson (Competence, autonomy, relatedness)
Susan: Use point system (Class 123) to encourage students to speak up, even though their answer are wrong.
Que Joo: Use point system (Class 123) to reward the students. For example, P4 able class, as long as they try to answer question, they will get points. If they answer it correctly, they will get more points.
Jiayi: Design lesson that is engaging and meaningful to them (example, the use of ICT tools). It is also important to make students feel safe to voice out. Points will be given out to students who make the effort to try (Class 123)
