Our company runs in a patrol system, where girls of different levels learn and grow together. We empower girls through unique programmes, support their growth through friendships and build their leadership abilities through various opportunities. The seniors will encourage and train their juniors through role modelling and demonstrations. This “girl-led” structure creates a safe space for all girls to grow to be confident leaders and caring individuals, and what better opportunity to develop the girls than to let them learn from their own counterparts.

Our girls may be young and seemingly insignificant, but as Guides we believe that we can be the spark of light that influences people around us to change for the good of the society. This year, our girls have embarked on a few advocacy projects, addressing topics related to climate change, kindness, gender inequality, body confidence and mental wellness. Through these events, we hope our girls create awareness and strengthen one's conviction to value humanity and be good stewards of the world we live in.
