Lastly, you may print the form and then scan it again. However, the scanning needs to be high quality.
A report for each one of your students.
For example, if you have 2 classes of 6 and 8 students respectively, you should submit 14 reports overall. Including the ones from students who missed every class.
This document is where you report the total number of hours of classes given, including any substitutions, and your rate.
Once you have completed your student reports and fill out your Control de Horas, please send by email:

Attendance Sheets (including the ones from classes you subbed)
If you were a substitute teacher, send a copy of your Attendance Sheet to cdominguez@modernlanguagecenter.com
For this type of class, you don't need to fill out a report.
Please remember that compliance with this process is mandatory.
Lesson planning, classes given, and month-end reports are all included in your hourly rate.
Any teacher who does not follow the processes outlined below may face delayed payment and a $25 fee.

Overseas teachers: Please ensure that your banking details are up-to-date to prevent any delays in receiving your payment every 5th of the month. International banking institutions may take an extra day or two to process your payment.
Payday will be on the 5th of every month - Delayed Payday will be on the 15th.
Note: If the 5th falls on a Saturday, payment will be made on Friday, the 4th. If it falls on a Sunday, payment will be made on Monday, the 6th.
