Administration
Modern administers all aspects of its language training programs. This includes (but is not limited to) keeping attendance records, clearly summarizing the material covered, reporting on the participants’ progress, as well as preparing timetables, training material, and information for the participants. As a result HR and/or Management is always kept up-to-date on the progress of their participants and the participants themselves are equipped with all the necessary material they need to learn effectively.
Placement of Participants
Prior to the start of the training, each participant is given an online assessment test. Additionally, a personal discussion takes place with each employee who is scheduled to take part in any language courses. This process is designed to holistically assess the level of the language ability of each candidate and assign him or her to an appropriate group.
