At Mistcooling, we strive to ensure timely arrival, and we take it seriously if an order is late. If your shipment is running behind or there is a problem with the tracking information, please review the Q&A and fill out the contact form below. We will investigate and resolve the concern as soon as possible.
A: Most orders placed before 2:00 PM will ship SAME DAY! Our carriers pick up orders between 3 PM - 4 PM CST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will ship on the next business day.
A: This would be extremely rare, as almost everything on our website is in stock and ready to ship. There are a few rare exceptions:
Custom-designed products may require additional lead time for assembly. Our design team always informs customers with custom products of the lead time in advance.
Something in the order was unusual or questionable (e.g. someone ordered 3/8" tubing with 1/4" fittings). In such a case, our support team will reach out to you to verify the correct item was ordered.
Something was not in stock. We normally keep plenty of our products in stock, but sometimes an unusually large order can deplete stock unexpectedly. In such a case, our support team will reach out to inform you of the issue and possible solutions.
A: Unfortunately, we have very little control over what happens to orders when they leave our warehouse. Issues such as Carrier delays, rerouted trucks, delayed flights, and even weather can cause delays in shipments. Furthermore, carriers NEVER notify us if a package gets delayed or lost. The sooner you let us know a package is running late, the sooner we can file a claim with the carrier. In most cases, they quickly resolve the issue.
