Add Items to a Current Order
So, you've just placed a big order, and you suddenly realize that you forgot that one extra thing you needed. What do you do? We're here to help.
Since we are unable to change an order that is already placed, the simplest answer is to place another order. However, we know that things aren't always that simple...
Q: What if my first order qualified for free shipping, but now this other item doesn't qualify? Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: There are 2 possible scenarios:
If the first order you placed has not been packed and shipped yet, you can simply choose "IN-STORE PICK-UP" on the second order to avoid shipping charges. Our shipping system is programmed to recognize and combine orders from the same person.
If the first order has already been packed/shipped, then you will have to cover the shipping charges as with any other order that doesn't qualify.
In either case, it is best to reach out to us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page so we can make sure that everything is handled properly.
Q: I used a one-time-use coupon code on the large order, but now I can't use it again. Can I still get the discount?
A: We normally handle this on a case-by-case basis. It usually involves us making a custom quote and manually applying the discount. Please fill out the form below, and we'll do what we can. We are NOT able to apply coupons retroactively as refunds after a purchase has been completed.
