Coupon/Discount Codes

• All coupons and discounts are subject to the following terms and conditions.

• Coupon codes are only intended for use by their original recipient.

• Only one coupon code may be used per order.

• Coupons are only valid at the official Mistcooling.com website.

• Coupons only apply to orders up to $2000.00 unless the coupon explicitly states otherwise.

• A coupon possessing a value that would exceed an order's total will not be accepted.

• For orders that qualify for free shipping, shipping costs will apply when a coupon code is used unless the coupon explicitly states otherwise.

• Coupons cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.

• Coupons that have exceeded their expiration date will not be considered valid.

• If a technical error occurs and a coupon is applied to an unqualified purchase, Mistcooling.com is not obligated to honor the coupon and may hold the order until the remaining balance is paid.

• Management may grant, extend, or rescind any coupon or discount at their discretion.

A: There are a few possibilities:

1. For a coupon code received by email to work, you will need to log in to the account with the correlating email address that received the coupon code. If you have trouble logging into your account CLICK HERE.

2. If logging in still doesn't work, the coupon may have expired.

3. It could be that the code you are trying to use doesn't apply to what is in your shopping cart. (E.g. a coupon that is specifically for nozzles will not work on a pump), or it doesn't match other requirements such as dollar amount.
