Items are missing (no shipping damage)

If you believe items are missing, we ask that you check a few things before filling out the form below.

1. If you purchased a pump or a full system, many items are shipped inside the pump enclosure to protect them. Please make sure to remove the panel under the sticker that says "Maintenance panel" or "Remove this panel for maintenance." Items inside will be wrapped in a bag to prevent them from floating around loosely.  Also, the inlet and outlet fitting are normally in a plastic bag tied to the power cord. 2. Sometimes, small items like nozzles can fall under insulation or the box flaps. Please check the whole package thoroughly, as our multi-layer, internal safeguards make it almost impossible for an item to be left out of a shipment.
