A: If the order has already been shipped. Do not fill out the form below. Instead, follow these 2 steps:
Step 1: Go ahead and place a new order on our website for the correct items that you need (if any).
Step 2: Once you receive the incorrect items, CLICK HERE to process a return or exchange for those items.
A: Technically, we are unable to change orders once they are placed, but we can create a supplemental order with the correct items. Depending on the change in cost, we may need to send you an invoice for additional payment, or we may need to issue a partial refund or credit. It will all depend on your unique situation. Just fill out the form below, and we'll reach out to you.
A: If you received an email with a tracking number, then the order has probably already shipped. If you are unsure, go ahead and fill out the form below, and choose "I don't know" on the question, "has your order shipped?"
