The FBLA "Parliamentary Procedure" event is a team role-play competition that includes an objective test and a role-play scenario based on Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised (12th edition). The test covers parliamentary procedure principles and FBLA bylaws. The top 15 teams advance to the role-play round, where they have 20 minutes to prepare and 9-11 minutes to present a simulated chapter meeting. Competitors must demonstrate knowledge of meeting procedures, motions, and order of business. This event emphasizes leadership, communication, and professionalism.
