Our job is to make sure every game is full of excitement, school pride, and unforgettable moments.
As a member of Hell’s Kitchen, you’ll:
- Help lead the student section at games
- Create and organize chants, cheers, and theme days
- Work with other students to build the loudest, most spirited section in the stands
- Show leadership, energy, and school pride at every event
We focus on:
1. Student Section Leaders – Members get to stand at the front, lead chants, and control the energy of the student section at games.
2. High Energy & School Spirit – Perfect for students who love being loud, creative, and showing pride for our school.
3. Teamwork & Leadership – Work with other members to plan cheers, organize theme nights, and keep the crowd hyped for our athletes.

The Jaguar Scholars Leadership Program (JSLP) was founded in the spring of 2017 by former RM history teacher Mr. Jerome Price. The mission of JSLP is to build the leadership capacity for its members and to bridge the achievement gap for minority students across the county. JSLP fosters mentorship opportunities for its African American and Latino students at Richard Montgomery High School through field-trips, like meeting Congressman John Lewis, and leadership opportunities, like mentoring students from Twinbrook Elementary School. Membership into JSLP is a very prestigious opportunity for ninth through eleventh-grade students with a 3.0 grade-point average or higher. JSLP has had opportunities to meet with many important leaders in the community and the nation. This is something we don't take lightly and an important reminder of our responsibility to take the torch from the previous generation of leaders and become the nation's future leaders.
Student leadership opportunities.
Members are often given the opportunity to hear from guest speaks who are prominent leaders.
Members are given the opportunity to provide service to the community, for example, through elementary school tutoring.
