Connections Club

This club is actually meant to be a social/athletic/community club all in one. It will pair Special Education/Bridge students with Regular Ed students and every month, we will pair with a different varsity sports team, to participate in a different fun sports activity. This way, we will build relationships, while also getting exposed to many different sports and building Churchill spirit among lots of different students, and encouraging inclusion of all. I want the events each month to draw a lot of excitement and enthusiasm among the community so that everyone is excited about the community building, exercise, sports being learned, and friendships being made!

The club wants to improve students' physical health as well as make them stronger. Not very intense of a lifting club. This is different from powerlifting because it's not as intense. It's not to lift as heavy as you can but just increases your weight as time goes on and you keep lifting weekly.
