MBU students have FREE, 24/7/365 access to mental healthcare services through the virtual health and well-being platform TimelyCare. It’s designed especially for college students and no insurance is required.
Through TimelyCare, you’ll have access to:
TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.
Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you. (12 visits per year)
Health Coaching: Develop healthy lifestyle behaviors, including nutrition, sleep habits, time management, and mindfulness.
Psychiatry: Appointments are available through referrals.
Self-Care Content: Visit the “Explore” page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content, including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.
Self-Care Tab: Browse self-care videos, articles, and step-by-step slides
Community Tab: Community discussions where people can post anonymously about their feelings, concerns, asking questions, share stories, respond to others, get and provide support or feedback to others.
TimelyCare offers Faculty and Staff Support, a dedicated phone line to reach the TimelyCare team for guidance in cases of student distress. You can access Faculty and Staff Support by calling 833-4-TIMELY. It’s available 24/7, 365 days a year.
