Skilling the women with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) for quality of life and independent living

Specific Objectives:

• Develop the skill of making own choice to make them independent in their life .

• Sexuality education with girl/women with intellectual and developemental disability(IDD) students feel safe and secure as they have knowledge of sexuality education including self privacy good touch and bad touch behavior, recognize opposite sex,and self security.

• Doing need analysis of girl/ women with intellectual and developemental disability(IDD) and advocating for three National issues to ensure rights based effective participation at different institutional levels.

• Empowering girls/women with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through training for self-care, formal/nonformal education, skill development and higher education.

• Family Members, including parents, siblings, and grandparents and legal guardian shall be support system for the project.
