Self-Employment Training
Usha is 25 years old and she performs good domestic cleaning and household activities. In Spite of her Intellectual Disability as she was working in NGO as Caretaker before COVID-19. During the pandemic she lost her job. She enrolled for self-employment training.
For training we do:
Finalization of plan with family members
training counting money and learned some basic functional skills.

Providing help for purchasing of material and start up of business.
With support of Entrepreneurship Skill Development training she starts earning 7000/- per month.
Earlier she used to take Bindi from the distributor and then return back after pasting and finishing, but now she buys her own material and makes Bindi. And sell in the market. Being self-employed, Usha has started fulfilling her needs which she used to be unable to do earlier and has also started fulfilling the needs of her family.
With the help of Ruggress training and family, now she takes raw material from Love Arts training lab, makes products and sells it to Love Arts, as well as take and sell the goods in exhibition whichever is held by Government agencies or resident welfare etc.
