SHUCHITA Scholarship
The Manovikas Charitable Society (the “Manovikas'') may in its discretion award SHUCHITA scholarship grants on behalf of women with disabilities, which grants may be used exclusively for tuition at technical educational institutions that normally maintain a regular faculty and curriculum for fees, books, supplies, and equipment required for courses at such institutions, or for room and board expenses. Scholarship grants will usually be administered through
SHUCHITA Scholarship Funds of the Manovikas whereby donors or their representatives may make recommendations as to recipients of scholarship grants. The Manovikas will approve all scholarship programs established by such Scholarship Funds in advance of any solicitation of applications. In all cases, the Manovikas will independently investigate to ensure that donors’ recommendations for award recipients are consistent with Scholarship Guidelines and Procedures, the Manovikas’s charitable purposes, and its mission. Grants may be awarded for one year or for multiple years.
Eligibility criteria :
Women with intellectual and developmental disabilities with 40% or more disability ((Disability as defined in PwD Act, 2016 or its amendments)
Age above 14year to 35 years.
The age criteria would be required for technical, higher education and Job Oriented courses.
Age certificate issued by a competent authority authorized by the State Government or as mentioned in the 10th certificate or any other certificate issued by the Government would be sufficient.
Shuchita scholarship will be given for pursuing technical, higher education and job-oriented courses from recognized institution however for Women with an intellectual and developmental disability, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Disability, Autism and the minimum educational qualification will be class 10th awarded to them for pursuing general, technical, vocational or professional courses. The Scholarship will be awarded for pursuing only one course
To give scholarship to the student of the udayan care home, after discussing with the counselor and head of the department, the was evaluated and selected for the shuchita scholarship.
With Support of Shuchita Scholarship Amulya successfully completed her B.A first year exam in first attempt and enrolled for second year

अभिभावकों के साथ परामर्श...
मनोविकास द्वारा शुचिता प्रोजेक्ट्स कार्यक्रम चलाया जाता है जिसमें दिव्यांग लड़कियों को स्कॉलरशिप दिया जाता हैं। इसके लिए दिव्यांग लड़कियों के अभिभावकों के साथ प्रशिक्षण किया गया जिसमें उनको बताया गया कि शुचिता प्रोजेक्ट्स के माध्यम से लड़कियों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जाता उनको स्कॉलरशिप दिया जाता है ताकि वह अपनी शिक्षा ,व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण और स्वयं का रोज़गार को प्राप्त करने में सक्षम हो सके, साथ ही दिव्यांग लड़कियों को अन्य प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाता हैं जैसे money कांसेप्ट की ट्रेनिंग sexuality education ,सेल्फ केयर का आदि का प्रशिक्षण दिया जाता हैं। दिव्यांग लड़कियों के अभिभावको के साथं व्यक्तिगत रूप से भी परामर्श किया जाता हैं। उपरोक्त सभी बातों को जानकर अभिभावक सशक्त हुए और दिव्यांग लड़कियों के प्रति उनकी सोच में परिवर्तन आया और उन्होंने अपनी दिव्यांग लड़की और समुदाय के बीच छोटी छोटी बातों का तालमेल करना सीखा और अब 8 दिव्यांग लड़किया शुचिता प्रोजेट में नामांकित हुई हैं और शुचिता स्कॉलरशिप से लाभन्विन्त हो रही हैं।
