Team 6A wants to celebrate two students who represent several of the characteristics of a good citizen. These two students are both selfless and respect the rights, beliefs, and opinions of others. These two students are honest, on time to class, and always look out for their classmates. These two amazing students are both model students who set a positive example for their peers working hard not only for themselves but to help their peers as well. Congratulations to Faith Anderson and DJ Walters for being the Team 6A Super Citizens for November! We are proud of you and all of our students who are future leaders!

 Team 6B is thankful for our 2 wonderful November Leaders of the Month! Congratulations  Juan Cienfuegos Figueroa and Addy O’Neill! Both Addy and Juan exhibit great qualities of Citizenship.  They continue to respect their peers and their environment which empowers the 6B team.  Juan and Addy radiate respect, compassion, honesty, and kindness. May the rest of your 6th grade experience be sweeter than pecan pie! 

You can easily spot team 7A's leaders of the month in the hallways:  they have super-strong arm muscles because they are always raising their hands to participate in class!  Emily Ostberg and Jack Walsh are reflective, and their ideas in class always move the conversation forward.  Jack and Emily's sharp insights are born out of hard work, careful focus, and commitment. We are so proud of their personal growth.  Way to go, Jack and Emily!

The 7B Team is proud to nominate Safia Beach and Trevor Rodin as their November Leaders of the Month.

Safia is an incredible student and the perfect addition to any classroom. She is respectful, caring and helpful - never turning away a classmate who needs her. She contributes to class discussions and eagerly solves problems with her peers. 

Trevor is a big part of creating a positive environment in every classroom he enters. His upbeat personality, respectful nature and active participation make him a key member of the 7B Team. Trevor’s teachers appreciate the hard work he puts in each and every day.

Team 8A is proud to nominate Ruhaan Mody & Daisy Ma as their November Leaders of the Month

Both students are to be congratulated for their hard work and dedication. These two are both committed to their own academic success, but also go out of their way to help their peers.  They are conscientious and respectful in their interactions with all members of the school community. We are thankful for your positive contributions to MJS! 

Dylan Dacey embodies the essence of a model student. Diligently on task, he approaches every challenge with genuine interest, demonstrating a relentless drive to succeed. Dylan's quiet force sets an inspiring example for his peers, making him a true asset to our school community.

In recognition of her outstanding qualities, Saiannah Kusi is also celebrated as our Student Leader of the Month. Saiannah's welcoming and pleasant demeanor creates a positive atmosphere within our school. Her unwavering respect for others and conscientious approach to her studies make her an admirable student. Saiannah also thrives as a great teammate and collaborator.
