「東京大学附属図書館入館証／利用証」を作成できます。
医学図書館だけでなく、卒業生等に入館を許可する図書館（総合図書館など）への入館がよりスムーズになります。

You can obtain a University of Tokyo Library System Admission Pass / Library Card.
This card enables smoother entry not only to the Medical Library, but also to other libraries that permit admission for alumni and similar visitors (such as the General Library).

「東京大学附属図書館入館証／利用証」は、下記のいずれかの図書館に申請により作成できますが、医学図書館での手続きが便利です。卒業生等入館証の発行・更新のページをご覧ください。

The University of Tokyo Library System Admission Pass / Library Card can be obtained by applying at any of the libraries listed below; however, processing at the Medical Library is the most convenient option. 文献複写サービスを、直接医学図書館に申し込めます（有料）。
対象は、医学図書館所蔵資料・柏図書館所蔵資料、電子ジャーナルです。

You may apply directly to the Medical Library for photocopying services (fee required).
The service covers materials held by the Medical Library, materials held by the Kashiwa Library, and electronic journals.

「東京大学附属図書館入館証／利用証」をお持ちでなくても利用できます。

※電子ジャーナルの論文（プリントアウト）の提供は、出版社により許可されているものに限ります。
※文献の受取方法が限定されている場合もあります。お申し込み後に当館から可能な方法（来館による受け取りなど）をご案内します。
※当館は学外の方からの直接の複写申し込みは受け付けていませんが、医学部卒業生等に限り、直接サービスを提供しています。ぜひご活用ください。

*The provision of electronic journal articles (as printouts) is limited to those permitted by the respective publishers.
*The available methods for receiving documents may be limited in some cases. After you submit your application, the library will inform you of the available options (such as pickup in person at the library).
*The Medical Library does not generally accept direct document copying requests from non-UTokyo members; however, this service is available exclusively for alumni and graduates of Faculty of Medicine, etc. We encourage you to take advantage of this service.

医学図書館の図書・雑誌・AV資料を借りることができます。
医学図書館資料の貸出条件や冊数は、所属・利用者区分を問わず共通です。

You may borrow books, journals, and audiovisual materials from the Medical Library.
Borrowing conditions and the number of items allowed are the same regardless of affiliation or user category.

※ご希望の場合は、「東京大学附属図書館利用証」以外に、貸出のためのカード（「医学図書館独自利用証」）が必要になりますので、お申し出ください。
※医学図書館以外の図書館の資料を借りることはできません。
※名誉教授・元教授・元准教授以外の方は、医学図書館資料の貸出はできません。

*If you wish to use the borrowing service, please note that in addition to the University of Tokyo Library System Library Card, a separate card for borrowing purposes (the "Medical Library-Specific Library Card") is required. Please inform the library staff.
*Materials from libraries other than the Medical Library cannot be borrowed.
*Borrowing of Medical Library materials is not available to persons other than Honorary Professors, Former Professors, and Former Associate Professors.

2021年度をもって、元常勤教員・卒業生・修了生の方への館内PC（研究用PC）の提供は終了したため、医学図書館内で電子ジャーナルやデータベースなどの電子リソースはご利用いただけません。

お近くの図書館（お住まいの地域の公共図書館または勤務先病院等の図書室など）から当館に対して文献複写取寄せサービスをお申し込みいただくか、医学図書館・柏図書館資料の文献複写サービス（医学図書館への直接申し込み）をご利用ください。

As of fiscal year 2021, the provision of in-library PCs (PCs for research) to former full-time faculty and alumni (undergraduate and graduate) has been discontinued; therefore, electronic resources such as electronic journals and databases are no longer available within the Medical Library.

Please either request document delivery services from a nearby library (such as a public library in your area or a library at your workplace hospital, etc.) directed to our library, or use the Photocopy Service for Materials Held by the Medical Library and Kashiwa Library (direct application to the Medical Library).
