電子ジャーナル・電子ブック・データベース等の収録コンテンツに大量にアクセスすることは、利用規約で禁止されています。プログラム等によるアクセスも含まれます。
大量アクセスが発生すると、東京大学全体で利用が停止されます。
「電子リソース利用上の注意」や 操作画面に表示される注意事項をよく確認の上、適切な範囲でご利用ください。

Mass downloading or excessive access to the contents of e‑journals, e‑books, and databases is prohibited under the terms of use.  This includes automated or programmed access.
If mass downloading or excessive access occurs, access for the entire UTokyo community will be suspended.
Please carefully read the "Electronic Resources Usage Policy" and on‑screen notices, and use the resources appropriately.

• ブラウザの先読み機能は必ず無効化する。
  Disable your browser’s preloading/prefetching features.

• 全文PDFへのアクセスは、必要な文献に限定する。
  雑誌1号分ほぼ全ての全文PDFを表示しない。
  Access full‑text PDFs only when necessary for your research.
  Do not attempt to view nearly all PDFs from a journal issue.

• 検索結果一覧から連続して多数の全文PDFを表示しない。
  Do not open many PDFs consecutively from search results.

• 利用中にアクセスが遮断された場合は、同様の操作を繰り返さない。
  それまでの操作に問題がある可能性が自動検知されています。
  If your access is blocked, do not repeat the same operation.
  This indicates that the system has automatically detected potentially problematic activity.

自動ブロックはグローバルIPアドレス単位で行われるため、同じアドレスの他の機器からもアクセスできなくなります。
特に 附属病院のネットワーク、EZproxy（リモートアクセス）、UTokyo Wi-Fiではご注意ください。

Automatic blocking is performed based on global IP addresses; therefore, other devices using the same IP address will also be blocked.
Be especially careful when using UTokyo Hospital network, EZproxy (remote access), or UTokyo Wi‑Fi.

電子リソースの提供元では、アクセスログを保存して不適切な利用が行われていないか監視しています。
提供元からの調査依頼に応じて、大学で該当者を調査することがあります。
個人の特定が難しい場合は、研究室等に協力をお願いする場合もあります。

The providers of e-resources store access logs and monitor for improper use.
When an investigation is requested by a provider, the university may investigate the individuals involved.
If identification is difficult, laboratories or departments may be asked to cooperate.
