Book Purchase Requests to the Medical Library

下記所属の教職員・学生
UTokyo students, faculty, and staff of the following:

• 東京大学大学院医学系研究科・医学部
  Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine, UTokyo

• 東京大学病院
  UTokyo Hospital

• 東京大学ニューロインテリジェンス国際研究機構
  International Research Center for Neurointelligence (IRCN), UTokyo

• 東京大学保健センター
  UTokyo Health Service Center

• その他、東大医学部・病院に研究室等がある方
  Other faculty members who have laboratories or equivalent affiliation within the Faculty of Medicine or the UTokyo Hospital

MyOPAC 図書購入リクエスト からお申込みください。
Please submit your request via the MyOPAC Book Purchase Request.

• ICカード学生証・職員証をお持ちの方： UTokyo Accountでサインインしてください。
  Users with IC Student/Staff ID: Sign in with UTokyo Account.

  • 教職員の方は、事前に  図書館利用登録 の手続きが必要です。
    Faculty and staff: must complete library use registration in advance.

• 図書館専用ICカードが発行されている方： 券面右下の数字下10桁でログインします。
  Users with Library ID card: Log in using the lower 10 digits on the bottom right of the card.

購入の可否が決まりましたら、メールでご連絡します。
We will notify you of the result via email.

• リクエストできるのは、医学図書館に無い単行書や視聴覚資料です。(雑誌はリクエストできません)
  You may request books or audiovisual materials not held by the Medical Library. Journals are not eligible.
  
  

• 医学図書館の蔵書構成や学内の所蔵状況等を考慮した上で、購入を決定します。
  Purchases are decided based on our collection policy and availability at other UTokyo libraries.
  
  下記に該当するものは原則購入しません。
  We generally do not purchase the following items:

  • 各種試験対策本
    Exam preparation books

  • 娯楽性の強いもの、個人的興味によるもの（ドラマや映画のDVD等、美術書、ファッション本など）
    Materials for personal or entertainment purposes (e.g., DVDs of dramas and movies, art and fashion books)
    
    

• 絶版・品切や予算等の理由で購入できない場合もあります。
  Items may not be purchased if they are out of print, out of stock, or if budget constraints apply.
  
  

• 原則、冊子版を購入します。（図書館用の電子ブックは冊子版の数倍の価格になるため）
  We generally purchase print editions, as library e-books are often several times more expensive than print versions.
  
  

• 洋書は、利用できるようになるまで少なくとも2か月かかります。
  Foreign books: Please allow at least two months to become available.
  
  

• 代替策：学内の他の図書館や他大学にある本は、取り寄せできます。（学内：無料、他大学：有料。一部の本や図書館は対象外）　お急ぎの場合は こちら もご検討ください。
  Alternative Option:
  Books available at other libraries can be requested. (Free within UTokyo; Fees apply for other universities) Some books and libraries are excluded. If you are in a hurry, please consider this option as well.
