東京大学附属図書館では、2026年8月10日（月）に図書館システムの更新を予定しています。また、医学図書館は8月9日（日）～8月12日（水）の間、夏季一斉休業のため閉館となります。これに伴い、医学図書館では下記の通り一部サービスを停止します。ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解・ご協力のほど、よろしくお願いいたします。

 【医学図書館での一部サービス停止期間】

2026年8月6日（木）～8月12日（水）

8月13日（木）午前9時にサービス再開の見込みです。

 【医学図書館で上記期間中に停止するサービス】

- 自動貸出機による貸出

　貸出を希望される方は、カウンターへお申し出ください。

- 他の図書館・室からの取り寄せ資料の受取

　必要な資料がございましたら8月5日（水）までにお借りいただくようお願いいたします。

- 貸出中資料の延長、再貸出

　サービス停止期間中はMyOPACが利用できません。貸出延長をご希望の場合は、8月5日（水）までにMyOPACにてお手続きください。

- 利用登録・更新

　利用登録申請フォームからの申請は受理しますが、8月13日（木）以降の処理となります。

- 論文等の取り寄せ申込み

　MyOPAC停止中の 8月6日（木）0:00-8月10日（月）9:00 は、取り寄せのお申込みはできません。また、MyOPAC再開後のお申込みでも、通常よりお時間がかかります。

 MyOPAC、ASKサービスの停止については以下をご参照ください。

なお上記期間中も資料の返却は可能です。8月6日（木）～8日（土）にご返却いただいた資料については、8月13日（木）に実際の返却日にさかのぼって返却処理を行います。このため、13日（木）に返却処理が完了するまでは、返却済みの資料であっても、MyOPAC上では貸出中と表示されます。

UTokyo Library system will be updated on Aug. 10th (Mon), 2026. In addition, the Medical Library will be closed from Aug. 9th (Sun), through  Aug. 12th (Wed), for the summer break.

As a result, some services will be suspended at the Medical Library as follows. We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Period of partial service suspension:

Aug. 6th (Thu) - 12th (Wed), 2026

The service will resume around 9:00 am Aug.13th (Thu).

 The suspended services during the period in the Medical Library:

- Self-checkout machine

　If you would like to borrow an item, please ask at the counter. 　　　　　

- Picking Up Reserved Items

　If you need any materials, please complete the checkout process by Aug. 5th (Wed).

- Renewing Checked-Out Items

　MyOPAC will be unavailable during the service suspension period. If you wish to renew a loan, please complete the renewal process via MyOPAC by Aug. 5th (Wed).

- Registration and Renewal

　We will accept applications submitted via the user application form, but they will not be processed until Aug. 13th (Thu) or later.

- Requests for Articles and Other Materials

  Requests for materials cannot be submitted from 12:00 a.m. on Aug. 6th (Thu), through 9:00 a.m. on Aug. 10th (Mon), while MyOPAC is unavailable.

  Additionally, even requests submitted after MyOPAC resumes will take longer than usual to process.  

Please refer to the following regarding the suspension of MyOPAC and ASK services.

Temporary Suspension of MyOPAC and ASK Services 

You may return materials even during the period mentioned above. Return processing will take place on Aug. 13th (Thu).

For items returned between Aug. 6th (Thu), and Aug. 8th (Sat), the return will be processed on Aug.13th (Thu), retroactive to the actual return date. Therefore, until the return processing is complete on Aug.13th (Thu), items that have already been returned will still be displayed as “on loan” on MyOPAC.

医学図書館では下記の通り、夏季期間中の長期貸出を行います。是非ご活用ください。

- 返却期限：9月17日 (木)
- 貸出冊数：5冊
- 対象資料：図書、AV資料

現在、クイズを解いていくだけで当館の基本的な使い方をマスターできるセルフツアーを開催中です。

End of ECCS Multifunction Printer Service

The ECCS multifunction printer service ended on February 2, 2026.

• Please use printing services available at the University of Tokyo CO-OP or convenience stores.

  • CO-OP Hongo 1st Purchasing Department: Copy card only

  • CO-OP Hongo 2nd Purchasing Department: Copy card or cash

• Those affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine or UTokyo Hospital may use the printer connected to PCs for Research (copy card only).
