Poster Printing

• 医学系研究科・医学部の在籍者
  Members of the Graduate School of Medicine and Faculty of Medicine

• 附属病院の在籍者
  Members of the UTokyo Hospital

• 大判プリンタは、公費でのみ利用できます。
  The large-format printer can be used only with public expense.

• 私費では利用できません。
  Private funds cannot be used.

• 支払い予算に関する各項目が不明な場合には、ご所属の講座・教室の予算管理事務担当の方に確認してください。
  If you are not sure about each item of the public expense, please ask the person who is in charge of budget management of your course/laboratory. 

• ご記入の情報に基づいて振替請求を行いますので、間違いがないようご注意ください。
  Please write your information correctly as we will make a transfer request based on the information you provided. 

• 申請時に記入された予算については、教室主任もしくは所属の長/予算管理者から事前に利用の了承を得ているものとみなします。
  The budget you indicate on the application will be regarded as having been approved in advance by the head of the laboratory or the manager of the budget.

• 本サービスの支払方法として利用できる公費予算は、以下のとおりです：
  Acceptable public budgets for payment of this service are as follows:

  • 大学運営費
    University operation fee

  • 医学図書館の大学運営費に「文献複写料金」として振替が可能である予算
    Budgets that can be transferred to the Medical Library’s university operation fee as “document/photocopy fee”

• 大学運営費以外の予算（寄附金・共同研究費）での支払いを希望する場合は、医学図書館の大学運営費に振替が可能かを、ご所属の講座や教室事務担当、または当該外部資金の事務担当の方にご確認ください。
  If you would like to pay with a budget other than the university operation fee, such as donations and joint research expenses, please check with the administrative staff of your course or laboratory, or with the administrator of the external funds, to confirm whether the budget can be transferred to the Medical Library’s university operation fee.

• 科研費は、上記の条件を満たさないためご利用いただけません（私費による立替払も不可）。
  The budget of Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research(KAKENHI) cannot be used since it does not meet the above conditions. (Also, Advance payment procedure with a private expense is unacceptable.) 

• 出力するファイルごとに、普通紙１枚のみ無料で試し刷りが可能です。
  For each output file, you can try printing only one sheet of standard paper for free.

• なお、無料の試し刷りは、本番の印刷の直前に限ります（試し刷りのみのご予約はお受けしていません）。
  Please note that free trial printing is available only immediately before the actual printing (reservations for trial printing only are not accepted).

• 料金については、こちらのページ（医学図書館ウェブページ）から関連規則『東京大学医学図書プレゼンテーション資料作成用プリンタ利用料金内規』をご確認ください。
  Please refer to the related rule of "The University of Tokyo Medical Library Presentation Material Creation Printer Usage Fee Internal Regulations" by accessing this page (Medical Library Web Page, Japanese only).

• 利用料金を医学図書館が立て替え、四半期毎に経費の振替手続きを行います。
  The Medical Library will make advance payments for the fees and process the expense transfer on a quarterly basis.

振替スケジュールの例：
Example of transfer schedule: 

• • 2020年度第１四半期（2020年4月～6月）利用分は、2020年7月に振替手続き
    Fees spent during the first quarter of FY2020 (April-June 2020) will be transferred in July 2020. 

• 印刷について簡単なマニュアルを用意していますが、個別の要請に応じて操作方法を教授することはいたしません。
  We provide the basic manual for printing, however, please note that the library staff cannot provide individual instruction on how to operate the printer.

• 大判プリンタでのポスター印刷は、1枚につき20分ほどの時間がかかります。
  It will take approximately 20 minutes per sheet to print out a poster with the large-format printer.
