利用目的の制限・禁止事項
Restrictions on Use Purposes and Prohibited Actions

設置された機器類およびネットワークの利用は「学術研究・教育のため」に限定されています。
Use of the equipment and networks in the library is for academic research and educational purposes only.
営利目的、サークル活動・政治活動・宗教団体の活動に関する利用、公序良俗に反する利用は禁止されています。
Use for commercial purposes, club activities, political activities, activities of religious groups, and activities that are offensive to public order and morals are prohibited.
以下の事項は禁止されています：
The following are prohibited:
- ソフトウエアのインストールおよびインストールされているソフトウエアの変更
  Installing software or modifying installed software
- 音楽ソフト等の再生や複製、ゲームやチャットなどの娯楽行為全般
  General entertainment activities such as playing or copying music software, playing games, or chatting, etc.
- インストールされているソフトウエアの違法な複製
  Illegal duplication of installed software
- 持ち込んだ機器を無断で接続すること
  Connecting any personal devices without permission
- 設置されている機器を無断で移動したり、接続を変えたりすること
  Moving the installed equipment or changing its connections without permission
- ネットワークの正常な運用・維持を妨げる一切の行為
  Any actions that interfere with the normal operation or maintenance of the networks
- コンピュータウィルスの持込み
  Bringing in computer viruses
- 他人の利用を妨げる行為、プライバシーを侵害する行為、著作権法に反する危険がある行為
  Any actions that interfere with others' use, violate others' privacy or may violate the Japanese Copyright Act
- 他人にパスワードを教えたり、代わりにログインしてパソコンを使用させる行為
  Sharing your password with another person or logging in to let another person use the PC

ID とパスワードは定期的に変更しております。
ご利用の際は、カウンターにてお尋ねください。
The ID and password are changed regularly.

  - 生協コピーカード式 / CO-OP copy cards required
  - 医学図書館内の自動販売機でも、1,000円の生協コピーカードをお求めいただけます / You can also purchase a 1,000 yen Co-op copy card via the vending machine in the Medical Library.

ご利用の流れ　
How to use the service

フォームにアクセス
Access the web form.
必要事項（希望の日時、端末の種類など）を入力して送信
Fill in the required information such as your preferred date and time, the type of device, and submit the form..

日時は、申込時点で予約可能な日時が表示されますので、その中から選択してください。
Please select the date and time from the list of available dates and times at the time of application.

フォームで入力したアドレス宛に、メールが届きますので、確認してください
Please check the email sent to the address you entered in the form.

ログインに必要なアカウント情報と予約受付番号を、こちらのメールでご案内します。
This email will provide you with the account information needed to log in and your reservation receipt number.

予約した日時にPCを利用する
Use the PC on the date and time you reserved

当日ご利用いただく端末番号は、返信メール内に記載されています。
The number of the device you will use on the day is written in the confirmation email.

ご予約の前に…利用登録はお済みですか？
Before booking: Have you completed your library use registration?

PCを予約・利用するには、図書館利用登録（期限更新を含む）が必要です。
To reserve or use a PC, you must complete your library use registration (including renewal, if applicable).
利用登録が済んでおらずPC予約の申込をされた方には、まずお手続きをご案内します。
If you apply for a PC reservation without having completed your library use registration, we will first inform you of the required procedures.

予約を変更したい場合
What should I do if I want to change my reservation?

ご予約が確定したのちに日時や端末を変更する場合は、医学図書館にご連絡ください。
If you wish to change the date, time, or device after your reservation is confirmed, please contact the Medical Library.
ご連絡の際は、(1)予約確定のメールに記載の受付番号と、(2)ご希望の日時をお知らせください。
When you contact us, please let us know (1) the receipt number on the confirmation email and (2) your preferred date and time.

すでに他の利用者の予約が確定した時間枠を表示しています。おおよその空き状況の参考にご覧ください。
The time slots that have already been reserved by other users are shown. Please refer to this calendar to check the approximate availability.
実際に空いている枠は、申込フォーム上でご確認ください。
Please check the slots that are actually available in the application form.

カレンダーの時刻表示について / Notice: Calendar Time Displayお使いのブラウザの設定によって、協定世界時（UTC）などのタイムゾーンで表示されることがあります。日本標準時（UTC+0900 / GMT+09:00）に変換のうえご参照ください。The calender may be displayed in a timezone such as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), depending on settings of your browser. Please convert it to Japan Standard Time (UTC+0900 / GMT+09:00) for reference.

申込期限：前開館日の14時
Application deadline: by 2:00 p.m. of the previous opening day

※ただし、予算確認作業の都合上、土曜日は開館日にカウントいたしません。
　例：月曜の予約申込は、前週・金曜の14時〆切となります。
※Please note that, due to the budget confirmation process, Saturdays are not counted as opening days. E.g.: Reservation requests for Monday must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on the preceding Friday.

ご予約可能日時：開館日の9時30分～11時30分、13時00分～16時00分
Day and time available for reservation: 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m. on opening days.
利用希望は、先着順に受け付けています。
Requests are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
予約の集中やその他の状況によっては、ご希望どおりの日時にご予約を承れない場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
Depending on demand or circumstances, we may not be able to accept your reservation on your preferred date and time.
すでに利用が確定した時間枠については、順次、予約カレンダーに反映しています。
The slots that have been reserved will be displayed on the calendar sequentially.
お申込みの際には、予約カレンダーをご確認のうえ、空いている枠にお申込みください。
Please check the calendar before applying, and choose the vacant day and time.

無線LAN（UTokyo Wi-Fi）　
Wireless LAN (UTokyo Wi-Fi)

UTokyo Accountをお持ちの方は、学内共通無線LANサービス・UTokyo Wi-Fiをご利用いただけます。
利用可能エリアは、医学図書館内すべてと地階の医学図書館ラウンジ・卒業生ラウンジです。

If you have a UTokyo Account, you can use the campus-wide wireless LAN service UTokyo Wi-Fi.
UTokyo Wi-Fi is available throughout the Medical Library, as well as in the Medical Library Lounge and the Alumni Lounge on the basement floor.
