For: Current Members of UTokyo Medicine, Hospital & Related
医学部・附属病院の皆様の集団での討議や研究の場として、医学図書館１階PLENIUS内のグループ学習室をご利用いただけます。事前の予約制となっておりますので、下記の注意に従ってご利用ください。
Group study room in PLENIUS on the 1st floor of the Medical Library is available for group discussion and research for UTokyo Med. & Hosp members. Reservations are required in advance, so please follow the instructions below when using the room.
利用人数・対象者の条件
Number of users and conditions for eligibility
3名以上、10名⇒6名以下のグループ
Groups of 3 to 10 ⇒ 6 people
*For infection prevention measures, the maximum number of users is limited to 6 for the time being.
グループのメンバーの半数以上は、医学系研究科・医学部もしくは附属病院の学生・教職員である必要があります
At least half of the group members must be students, faculty members, or staff of the Graduate School/Faculty of Medicine or the University of Tokyo Hospital.学外の方はご利用いただけません（卒業生・修了生・元教員の方を含む）
Non-UTokyo members (including alumni, former faculty staff) are not permitted to use this area.
利用時間・延長
Usage hours and extension
以下の時間帯のうち、1グループにつき1日に2時間まで利用できます。
Each group can use the room for up to 2 hours per day within the following hours.平日 Weekdays 9:30～16:45
土曜日 Saturday 10:30～16:45
利用終了後に他の予約が入っていない場合、1回につき2時間まで延長ができます。延長も、予約時と同様のフォームからお申し込みください。
If there are no subsequent reservations after the end of your reserved time, you may extend your usage for up to 2 hours per extension. Please apply for an extension using the same form as when making a reservation.- 延長は、先にお申込みいただいたご利用の終了10分前から受け付けます。
Extensions will be accepted 10 minutes prior to the end of the previously requested use.

注意事項・換気について
Cautions for use, About ventilation
グループ学習室内では、食事はできません。
Food is not allowed in the room.グループ学習室は完全防音ではありません。外にいるほかの利用者にご配慮いただき、発声する際の音量に気を付けてください。
The room is not completely soundproofed. Please be considerate of other users outside and be careful about your volume.グループ学習室の利用時は、マスク着用を推奨します。
Wearing a mask is recommended while using the room.換気のため、以下のことを守ってください。
To keep the room ventilated, please follow the instructions below:雨天時以外は窓を開けておいてください
Keep the windows open unless it is raining.サーキュレータは常時ONにしておいてください
Please keep the circulator turned on at all times.

医学図書館をホームライブラリとする方（保健センター、ニューロインテリジェンス国際研究機構など）も申込可能です。
「予約受付完了」メールを受け取り、予約確定
（お申し込みから30分ほど経過しても当館からの連絡がない場合は、恐れ入りますがご一報ください。）
予約した利用日時にグループ学習室を利用
利用の延長は、先にお申込みいただいたご利用の終了10分前から受け付けます。

申込期限：なし（直後の時間まで予約可能です）
Application deadline: None (reservations can be made until the time immediately following).

Requests are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. - 予約の集中その他の状況によっては、ご希望どおりの日時にご予約を承れない場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
Please note that we may not be able to accept your reservation due to the concentration of reservations or other circumstances. - すでに利用が確定した時間枠については、順次、予約カレンダーに反映しています。
The slots that have been reserved will be reflected on the reservation calendar sequentially. - お申込みの際には、予約カレンダーをご確認のうえ、空いている枠にお申込みください。
