医学図書館で所蔵している資料は、東京大学OPACで検索できます（一部を除く）。
医学図書館で所蔵しているのは、東京大学OPACの検索結果で「配架場所」が「医図・○○」と表示される資料です。

Materials held by the Medical Library can be searched on the UTokyo OPAC (with some exceptions).
Materials held by the Medical Library are those whose "Location" in the UTokyo OPAC search results displays as "Med.Lib.[XX]" (i.e., any location code beginning with "Med.Lib.").

閲覧・複写を希望する文献がある場合、必ず以下の準備をしてからご来館ください。
If you wish to browse or copy a document, please complete all of the following steps before your visit: 

• 文献データベースなどを検索し、ほしい文献が掲載されている雑誌のタイトル・巻号を確認する
  Search a bibliographic database to confirm the title and volume/issue number of the journal in which your target document is published.

• 東京大学OPACを検索し、そのタイトル・巻号が医学図書館に紙媒体で所蔵されていることを確認する
  Search the UTokyo OPAC to confirm that the relevant title and volume/issue are held in print at the Medical Library.

「蔵書検索システム（東京大学OPAC）」用の端末で、東京大学図書館が所蔵しているかどうかを確認できます。
詳しくは入館の際にカウンターにお尋ねください。

Using the terminals designated for the catalog search system (UTokyo OPAC), you can check whether an item is held by the University of Tokyo Libraries.
For details, please inquire at the counter upon entry.

医学図書館では、当日入館申請の手続きを済ませた学外の方も含め、どなたでもALTIUS閲覧室・書庫に入室し、自由に閲覧できます。
Any visitor to the Medical Library —including non-UTokyo members who have completed the application for a Library Pass— may freely enter the ALTIUS reading room and the stacks to browse materials.

医学図書館の閲覧席（ALTIUS閲覧室・書庫）は、資料を閲覧する目的に限り、利用することができます。
The reading room seats at the Medical Library (in the ALTIUS reading room and the stacks) are available exclusively for the purpose of browsing Medical Library materials.

医学図書館資料の貸出はできません。
ただし、ご所属の図書館等を通じて医学図書館の図書をお貸しできるサービス（現物の取り寄せ）が申し込める場合がありますので、所属機関の図書館や最寄りの公共図書館等にお問い合わせください。

Borrowing of Medical Library materials is not available.
However, in some cases you may be able to apply for a physical interlibrary loan of books from the Medical Library through the library of your affiliated institution, so please contact the library of your affiliated institution or your nearest public library.

電子リソース（電子ジャーナル、電子ブック、データベース）は一切ご利用いただけません。
学外の方が使える端末がないため、Pubmed／医中誌Web／CiNii Researchなどの文献データベースも含めご利用いただけません。

Electronic resources (e-journals, e-books, and databases) are not available in any form.
As there are no terminals available for non-UTokyo members, bibliographic databases such as PubMed, 医中誌Web, and CiNii Research are also not available.
