Password Not Working

Two-face just changed his password. He is attempting to log in to LCPSGO, but he keeps getting an error. Using F.L.I.P., help Two-face cut the red tape error.


First restart device.

Although this may not be this issue, it's always nice to start fresh.

Look at lights and cables.

Since the computer is otherwise functioning the device has a charge and power. It does not need to be plugged in to a power source.


Investigate settings and alternate options.

Switch Internet browsers. Clear the browsing history/cache using the directions in the document to the right. Use the Help, I Forgot My Password link and follow the directions to reset password.


Clear Browsing Data/Cache Chrome AND IE

Put in Incident.

If the problem persists, go to LCPSGO and submit Incident via LANDesk Service Desk.
