First restart the device. Rebooting is always the first step in diagnosing/curing an issue.

Look at lights and cables. Be sure lights are on and don't indicate any errors. Red or blinking lights sometimes indicate an issue. Check that all cable connections are secure and nothing extra is plugged in that shouldn't be.

Investigate settings and alternate options to see if a few simple clicks can fix the dilemma.

Put in an Incident. Go to LCPSGO and submit Incident via LANDesk Service Desk.
