Flipped Screen

The Gentleman Ghost is handing out laptops to each student. As students log in, The Gentleman Ghost is approached by Killer Moth. "Mr. The Gentleman Ghost, my screen is upside down." The Gentleman Ghost looks at the student's device and sees that indeed the image is upside down. Using F.L.I.P., help The Gentleman Ghost solve his dilemma.

First restart device.

Begin with a reset.

Look at lights and cables.

Since the screen is showing, just upside down the device has a charge and power. It does not need to be plugged in to a power source.

Investigate settings and alternate options.

Shortcut Keys inadvertently cause this issue often. To re-orient the screen log in to the computer if it is not already logged in using patience. Once the computer is logged in, hold down the Ctrl+Alt and press the UP arrow on the keyboard.

Put in Incident.

If the problem persists, go to LCPSGO and submit Incident via LANDesk Service Desk.
