Interactive Board Not Responding

Condiment King is ready for an interactive class opener where students write their names under their activity choice. Condiment King goes to demonstrate his expectations to the students only to realize that his interactive board is not recognizing his commands. Using F.L.I.P., get this lesson going again for Condiment King.

First restart device.

Restart the computer.

Look at lights and cables.

If the projector is displaying the same image as the computer, the power is on and projecting . If the board itself has a red light, use the document to the right to check the interactive board connections.

Interactive Whiteboard Connections

Investigate settings and alternate options.

Make sure the interactive whiteboard software is set to Ink mode. Try a neighbor's pen.

Put in Incident.

If the problem persists, go to LCPSGO and submit Incident via LANDesk Service Desk.
