Internet Content Not Loading

Hugo Strange is using an interactive website to show students manipulatives. When he tried the website at home it worked great, but now that he has an audience of 26 students, the website isn't loading. Using F.L.I.P., help Hugo Strange show his students how to manipulate the website to work.

First restart device.

Strangely enough, this is usually the quickest and easiest fix.

Look at lights and cables.

If the computer and projector are displaying the same image, all cables are connected correctly and securely.

Investigate settings and alternate options.

Switch Internet browsers. Clear the browsing history/cache using the directions in the document to the right.

Clear Browsing Data/Cache Chrome AND IE

Put in Incident.

If the problem persists, go to LCPSGO and submit Incident via LANDesk Service Desk.
