Accepting patients - patients will be offered on the Lifespan Therapy app. You will see push notifications pop up offering you patients throughout the day. These are offered as the patients become available. Remember: Lifespan is a staffing network, so the patients are sent by the home health agencies, who receive the patients from various referral sources (SNF, hospital discharge, community referrals, directly from insurance partners, or via referral portals). This means there is no set time, but typically new patients will be offered between 9 AM and 5 PM, primarily Monday - Friday.
