Covid-19 Vaccinations

Phase 1a Tier 2 is currently eligible for Covid-19 vaccinations throughout California. Please follow the links below to establish an appointment. You will need to provide proof of your clinical license (pull up on DCA if you do not have a pocket license or clinical license available) and photo identification (driver's license, CA ID, passport). If your county (currently only Riverside) requires a letter, please let us know. Many agencies have sent blanket letters for clinicians to bring.
