The Burj Khalifa (Arabic: خلیفة برج ,Arabic for "Khalifa Tower"), known as the Burj Dubai before its inauguration in 2010, is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. With a total height of 829.8 m.

The Burj Khalifa has been the tallest structure in the world since 2009. The design for the 162-story tower combines local cultural influences with cutting-edge technology to achieve high performance in an extreme desert climate.

It's one of the symbol of Dubai and the most visited tourist destination of the city.
