Reception has had an incredibly exciting start to the summer term! We've embarked on a captivating journey as we welcomed five caterpillars into each classroom. The children are eagerly anticipating observing their transformation over the coming weeks. 

We have loved reading "The Very Hungry Caterpillar," sparking imaginative discussions and fostering a love for reading. Creativity has flourished at our art table, where vibrant butterflies have been colours, collaged and painted.

In digital skills, we have used a keyboard for the very first time to play typing games on Busy Things.

In mathematics, we've explored the concepts of odd and even numbers. It's been a week filled with growth, learning, and excitement, and we can't wait to see what the rest of the term holds.
