Student Transcripts

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please make sure you request a pre-order on STS by April 22 when applying to the following schools:

B.C. universities and colleges

  • British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT)

  • Corpus Christi College

  • Quest University

  • Royal Roads University

  • Selkirk College

  • University Canada West

Alberta universities

  • University of Alberta

  • University of Calgary


The Ministry of Education no longer mails graduates an original transcript for their records upon graduation. Instead, they are encouraging students to create an account and access the Student Transcript Service.


Transcripts will be available for students to print or send on the Student Transcripts Service. Students are encouraged to create an STS account prior to the release of assessment or exam results.

You can use Student Transcript Service (STS) to:

  • View or order your secondary school transcript

  • Send your secondary school transcripts to post-secondary institutions

  • Order your graduation certificate

  • View your scholarships

  • View your provincial exam or graduation assessment results.
