We need your help to find qualified people to join our team. You can earn $1500 plus a paid day off for referring someone to work at KTP with our referral bonus program. There’s no limit to the amount of money you can earn with this bonus, and referring someone to work at KTP is very easy!
Our job postings only reach a small percentage of the available workforce that exists. Facilitating the conversation about KTP in our community and the opportunities that we have to offer is a way that we can increase the flow of candidates coming in to fill our open positions. We have multiple locations and shift schedules, including some part-time opportunities, and employees can refer people for any open position at any facility!
To submit a referral, an employee needs to do two things:
Have their referral apply online at www.workatktp.com and put the referring employee's name on the application
Fill out and return the referral form to HR

Guidelines & Disclaimers
The employee requesting the reward must be the first to recommend the candidate to the HR department, and the hire must be a result of this referral.
The participating employee or the referred employee must complete the Employee Referral Form at the time the application is submitted for employment.
The prospective employee must be selected to fill a regular full-time position.
The participating employee and the referred employee must both be active employees of KTP on the referred employee’s 60th day of employment, in order to receive the 60 day reward.
The participating employee and the referred employee must both be active employees of KTP on the referred employee’s 180th day of employment, in order to receive the 6 month reward.
Referral Reward Amounts
Eligible employees who refer a candidate who is selected to fill a regular full-time position within KTP, will receive a $500 (net after taxes) referral reward at the referred employee’s 60th day of employment. Payment will be made through the regular payroll cycle following the close of the pay period that contains the 60th day of employment of the referred employee.
Eligible employees who refer a candidate who is selected to fill a regular position within KTP will receive a $1000 (net after taxes) referral reward on the referred employee’s 180th day of employment. Payment will be made through the regular payroll cycle following the close of the pay period that contains the 180th day of employment of the referred employee.
When the referred employee successfully completes their 180th day of employment, the employee who was responsible for this referral will have received a total referral reward of $1500 as noted above, along with receiving a reward of 8 hours of paid time off, that will become available on the pay date of the 6-month reward bonus. This paid time off reward is limited to three referrals, totaling 24 hours, per employee per calendar year.
