It is absolutely essential that all team members are trained in both fire prevention and fire evacuation from day 1.
All colleagues must complete either The Fire Marshall or Yearly Fire Training (module assigned dependent on role) on MapalOne as soon as possible upon starting, along with all subsequent refreshers. All colleagues must also take part in a silent evacuation at least once every 6 months (or once every 3 months for night staff and duty managers).
The materials here can be used for team training to accompany a silent evacuation.
