Our Goal Setting

Goal Setting is the Outcome of Educator Self-Reflection.

Goal setting is a foundational component of the Kearsarge Regional School District’s Portrait of an Educator (POE) model. Each year, educators engage in a reflective and collaborative process to identify professional learning goals aligned to the district’s three core competencies and related learning targets:

These goals are formalized in the Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP) and are aimed at guiding each educator toward demonstrating proficiency in the designated learning targets.

While being revised in My Learning Plan, the District's professional learning software program, the document as seen below is a sample of the form educators use to identify their goals within the POE cycle.  Revised IPDP forms are anticipated in 2025-26 school year.
