Learning Targets

Each competency contains a set of measurable learning targets that further define expectations for effective teaching. These targets serve as the basis for educator self-assessment and help guide the development of SMART goals and individualized professional development plans (IPDPs).  Below are the Learning Targets for each of the three core competencies educators use to measure their own proficiency when engaged in self-reflection and goal setting.
