Each school year, JROTC sponsors a Blood Drive each semester. Cadets plan, prepare, and conduct each Blood Drive utilizing Cadets from all 4 blocks. Each year, the LEHS Blood Drive receives 30-50 pints of blood, which are distributed throughout North and South Carolina. Based on the number of units donated, a scholarship is awarded to a Senior who helps plan and work the Blood Drive.
Every year, JROTC hosts two blood drives, one in the fall and one in the spring. Only people ages 16 and older can participate; 16-year-olds need a signed parental consent form. You WILL NOT be able to give blood if you are under 16 or do not have a signed parental consent form if you are the age of 16. Please contact a JROTC Instructor or staff member if you have any questions!
Students must sign up for a specific time to donate; if they do not sign up, they will not be able to leave class to donate. Any adult or LEHS Staff/Faculty may walk in to donate.

1. You click SIGN UP in the TOP RIGHT corner.
2. UNLESS THEY ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT, click Create an Account.
3. Fill out the information, then click continue.
4. Click Refine My Search and input the date of the blood drive.
5. Load more.
6. See times for Lugoff-Elgin High School.
7. Then select a time and confirm an appointment.
The LEHS JROTC will be hosting a blood drive on February 25th, 2026. We look forward to seeing everybody signing up, as well as to those who will be volunteering to assist!
