The LET 2, 3, and 4 classes help to develop cadet leadership while further developing the skills learned in LET 1. They learn to command formations which help further develop their leadership skills. They practice marching in squad, platoon, and company elements. They become eligible for further promotions while they compete for individual and group leadership positions. Upperclassmen also use the JROTC textbook to learn about important life subjects like First Aid, as well as important in-class subjects like Leadership and Command Roles.

Academic days are Wednesdays & Thursdays. On these days, Cadets will learn about important subjects in the JROTC curriculum, which will help the cadets be better citizens.

Cadets who serve in leadership roles as upperclassmen are responsible for teaching new cadets how to perform their duties properly!

Cadets are taught efficient styles of leadership and are given opportunities to apply them in different scenarios!
