Summary:
This course offered many areas of focus for me including, becoming an innovative leader, empowering my learners, areas of growth for myself as an educator, best methods to evaluate tech, and the importance of being a lifelong learner. The Innovator's Mindset book was one of my favorite reads during my time in the MSET program. The book focuses on the importance of an educator’s role to empower students to explore and find their own problems to solve. Also, for innovation to occur, relationships among students, teachers, and administrators must come first.
