Mentoring is a form of work-based learning that involves business and community volunteers developing one-to-one relationships with students to build an understanding of careers and work ethics.
To participate in a Mentorship, a student shall:
Have adequate time to spend with the mentor.
Have transportation to/from the placement (if applicable).

Lack a criminal record.
Mentors should complete a Kentucky Criminal Background Check via the JCPS Volunteer Site.
