 iDismiss Backup Access: Viewing Names from Your Device

If you're ever unable to see the dismissal screen (e.g., due to screen issues, distance, or being outdoors), you can view student names from your own device using the Checkout screen.

This is for all staff with access to iDismiss.

How to Access the Checkout Screen on Your Device:

1. Go to: https://app.idismiss.org/
   (Open in any browser on your phone, tablet, or laptop)
   
   

2. Log in using your school iDismiss credentials.
   
   

   • If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset.
     
     

   • If you’ve never logged in before, click “Sign Up” at the bottom of the screen.
     
     

     • Use your school email address
       
       

     • Enter our School Code: westra2183275870
       
       

3. Once logged in, click the ☰ three-line menu icon in the top left corner to access options.
   
   

4. Select the “Checkout” tab.
   
   

5. You’ll see a live list of students who have been called for dismissal. This list updates in real time.
   
   

6. Use the search bar (if needed) to find a specific student or filter by grade.
   
   

Reminders:

• This screen is view-only – no need to take action or call names.

• Make sure your device has a reliable Wi-Fi or data connection.

• You may need to ask for help the first time you get set up. That’s totally okay!

• If you’re having any issues logging in or accessing the screen, contact the office.
  
  

Dismissal Line Reminder:

• Line 1 = Front Line

• Line 2 = Kindergarten Line (around back)
