Monserrate Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site, faces a problem: all that remains of the rich contents of the palace are 100-year-old photographs. We are solving this problem with image stitching, a process of combining multiple photographic images with overlapping fields of view to produce a segmented panorama or high-resolution image (see the video below).
