If you have been recruited abroad, you can book your flight tickets via our travel agency "Eagle Travel".

Please contact them at the following e-mail address : Business@eagletravel.be and put Noemi Patiño (patinon@isb.be) in copy of your email. Noemi will indeed be responsible to confirm the reservation to Eagle Travel. 

Please remember to give as much details as possible: first and last names (as they appear on your passport), point of origin, preferred dates of travel, birth date, and the GL account number that the cost should be allocated to => Relocation 623300 FA/HR  

Payment of the ticket will be made directly by the School (due to tax issues, no reimbursement through an expense reimbursement form when you arrive in Belgium!).  You are entitled to a one way ticket at the current (i.e. time of move to Belgium) APEX or least expensive tourist airfare rate for yourself and for your family, provided there is no other payment of fares to Belgium by another employer or agency.  A roundtrip ticket could actually be cheaper, so you might want to ask for availability. Nevertheless, please keep in mind that we will always choose the less expensive solution.
