The Board of Trustees consists of: a chair, Chris Sawyer; a vice-chair; a treasurer, Sama Nekakhtar; and members, John Maudslay, J-T Hewitt, Paul De Leeuw and Jilly Powell. They appoint and evaluate the head of school and oversee the school's finances and strategic direction. The operation of the school and all subsequent hiring is delegated to the head of school. The Head of School, Nick Little, is in charge of academics. A principal, Sarah Cusworth is in charge of middle and high schools and principal, Morio Kajiwara, is in charge of elementary and preschool, working with an assistant principal, Paul Bertolotto, and a head of preschool, Andrea Taylor.
Key developments in the school are led by coordinators for: Community Action Service (Val Garry), IB Diploma (Alison Dangerfield) MYP (Luke Klopp), PYP (Paul Bertolotto) and Testing and Data (Jo Curnock). Each subject has a leader - whole school for Langauges, the Arts, Health, Technology and PE; divided into middle/high and elementary/preschool for English, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science.
Student services are overseen by: School Counsellor, Valerie DeGraw; High School Careers Advisor, Heather Barker; School Nurse, Frances Sibbett; and Learning Support Teachers, Jo Lockhart (high school), Ulrika Atkinson (middle school) and Hannah Powell/Louise Warnock (elementary).
The leadership team meets weekly to oversee the operation of the school. It consists of the head of school, head of finance and corporate services, both principals, assistant principals, the head of preschool, the IT director and the school counsellor.
The Designated Child Protection Coordinators meet weekly to discuss student wellbeing, and receive yearly child protection training.
