Who's Who
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees consists of: a chair, Chris Sawyer; a vice-chair, Tristran Cutler; a treasurer, Ravyn Hurry; a secretary, Chris Walker; and members, Doris Reiter and Paul De Leeuw. They appoint and evaluate the head of school and oversee the school's finances and strategic direction. The operation of the school and all subsequent hiring is delegated to the head of school. Academic
The Head of School, Nick Little, is in charge of academics. A principal, Stuart MacAlpine, is in charge of middle and high schools working with an assistant principal, Sarah Cusworth, and a programme leader, Jenny Grogan. A principal, Morio Kajiwara, is in charge of elementary and preschool, working with an assistant principal, Paul Bertolotto, and a head of preschool, Andrea Taylor.
Key developments in the school are led by coordinators for: Community Action Service (Val Garry), Curriculum (Luke Klopp), Testing and Data (Jo Curnock), Citizenship (Stephen Budd) and Professional Learning (Lucy Thompson). Each subject has a whole school leader for Languages, the Arts, Technology and PE; divided into middle/high and elementary/preschool for English, Mathematics, Social Studies and Science.
Student services are overseen by: school counsellor, Valerie DeGraw; high school careers advisor, Heather Barker; school nurse, Frances Sibbett; and learning support teachers, Jo Lockhart (high school), Ulrika Atkinson (middle school) and Hannah Powell/Louise Warnock (elementary).

Support
The head of finance and corporate services, Kathleen Scott, is in charge of the business office, admissions, transport and clerical support (Carol Milne at reception; Diane McBain for elementary and Alison Yesildag for middle/high school). The head of facilities, Ian Williamson, is in charge of catering, security, maintenance and gardening. The compliance officer, Paul Menzies, oversees health and safety
The IT director, Gayle Veitch, oversees Mother Technology, the outside contractors who provide the school's IT support. Prospect 13, another outside contractor, provides the school's marketing.

Key Teams
The leadership team meets weekly to oversee the operation of the school. It consists of the head of school, head of finance and corporate services, both principals, both assistant principals, the head of preschool, the programme leader, the IT director and the social emotional counsellor.
The pedagogic leadership team also meets weekly to discuss the educational development of the school and professional learning requests. They are: the head of school, both principals, both assistant principals, the IT director, the head of preschool, the programme leader and the four coordinators.
The Designated Child Protection Coordinators meet weekly to discuss students with social and emotional concerns, and receive yearly child protection training. They are: the head of school, Nick Little; the assistant principals, Sarah Cusworth and Paul Bertolotto; the head of preschool, Andrea Taylor; the social emotional counsellor, Valerie Degraw; the school nurse, Frances Sibbett; and PE teacher, James Cooper.
