The Board of Trustees consists of: a chair, Chris Sawyer; a vice-chair, Tristran Cutler; a treasurer, Ravyn Hurry; a secretary, Chris Walker; and members, Doris Reiter and Paul De Leeuw. They appoint and evaluate the head of school and oversee the school's finances and strategic direction. The operation of the school and all subsequent hiring is delegated to the head of school. The Head of School, Nick Little, is in charge of academics. A principal, Stuart MacAlpine, is in charge of middle and high schools working with an assistant principal, Sarah Cusworth, and an IBDP programme leader, Jenny Grogan. A principal, Morio Kajiwara, is in charge of elementary and preschool, working with an assistant principal, Paul Bertolotto, and a head of preschool, Andrea Taylor.
Key developments in the school are led by coordinators for: Community Action Service (Val Garry), MYP Curriculum (Luke Klopp), Testing and Data (Jo Curnock).
Student services are overseen by: school counsellor, Valerie DeGraw; high school University and Careers Counsellor, Heather Barker; school nurse, Frances Sibbett; and learning support teachers, Jo Lockhart (high school), Ulrika Atkinson (middle school) and Hannah Powell/Louise Warnock (elementary). Heads of Grade oversee pastoral care for Middle and High School students in coordination with assistant principal Sarah Cusworth.
The leadership team meets weekly to oversee the operation of the school. It consists of the head of school, head of finance and corporate services, both principals, both assistant principals, the head of preschool, the programme leader, the IT director and the social emotional counsellor.
The Designated Child Protection Coordinators meet weekly to discuss students with social and emotional concerns, and receive yearly child protection training.
