The Board of Trustees consists of: a chair, Chris Sawyer; a vice-chair; a treasurer, Sama Nekakhtar; and members, John Maudslay, J-T Hewitt, Paul De Leeuw and Jilly Powell. They appoint and evaluate the head of school and oversee the school's finances and strategic direction. The operation of the school and all subsequent hiring is delegated to the head of school. The Head of School, Nick Little, is in charge of academics. A principal, Sarah Cusworth is in charge of middle and high school and principal, Morio Kajiwara, is in charge of elementary and preschool.
Key developments in the school are led by coordinators for: Community Action Service (Nancy Carmichael), High School Diploma and IB Coordinator (Kate Higgans), MYP (Luke Klopp), PYP (Paul Bertolotto) and Testing and Data (Jo Curnock).
Student services are overseen by: School Counsellor, Valerie DeGraw; High School Careers Advisor, Heather Barker; School Nurse, Frances Sibbett; and Learning Support Teachers, Jo Lockhart (high school), Ulrika Atkinson (middle school) and Hannah Powell (elementary).
The leadership team meets weekly to oversee the operation of the school. It consists of the head of school, head of finance and corporate services, both principals, the IT director and the school counsellor.
The Designated Child Protection Coordinators meet weekly to discuss student wellbeing, and receive yearly child protection training. It consists of principals, head of school, school counsellor, nurse, and teacher representatives (PE, etc).
