New notices in red   

1. ISA Family Beach Clean.  Saturday, October 4 (3:00pm-4:30pm). Please see this letter for more information. Please RSVP using this Form. (Organised by Lulu Smoor; led by East Grampian Coastal Partnership.)

2. Grades 9 and 10 SPaRCS assessments: Please find more information about SPaRCS on the consent form on Powerschool. Please complete the form authorising us to administer the test and giving you more information. Contact Jo Curnock with any questions. 

3. Flower Bulb donations: A group of MS students are planning to renovate one of the raised beds in the Frankie Thomas Memorial Garden. We are looking for donations of spring bulbs like daffodils, crocus, snowdrops and bluebells. Please leave any donations in the box down in reception. Thanks, Jo Curnock 

4. National Honor Society induction: Please join us in congratulating these HS students on their acceptance into ISA's chapter of the National Honor Society. They will be inducted on Monday 6 October at 16:00 in the QET.  All are welcome to attend.  

5. School Photos: Gillman & Soame took portrait photographs of your child/ren on 27 August. Instructions to order the pictures will be on the proofs that your child/ren bring home today.  If your child/ren was absent or joined after this date we will have another photo day on 4 February.

6. Archway - We are a group of G10 students and as a part of our YPI project we are doing a drive where we are collecting adult clothes and children's toys for Archway charity. Please make sure these items are in good condition and are ready to be donated to charity. Our donation boxes are located at reception and outside Mr MacAlpine’s office. We very much appreciate your support.

7. Grampian Women’s Aid - As part of our team’s YPI project, we are organising a toiletry drive in support of Grampian Women’s Aid. We have prepared a list of suitable products for donation.  Please note that products must be unused and we kindly ask that all donations are submitted by Friday, 26th September 2025. Donation boxes will be placed around the school for your convenience, and items can also be handed in directly to reception. Any contribution will be deeply appreciated.
