Summer Holidays

1. Encore! Activities. Please can you complete your activity choices through the PowerSchool form by 31 July 2026, in order for us to prepare for clubs starting at the start of the new year.

2. Encore! Wraparound care. Please sign up for Encore! breakfast club (7.15-8am) and after school care (4-6pm) on the PowerSchool form by 31st July. Costs are on the form, but this service is included free of charge to families on corporate fees.

3. New Families:  New Family Orientation is on August 10th at 1:00, details for all ages here.  

4. Elementary Beginning Year Routines:  The first day of school starts on August 12th at 8:15. On the first day of school Elementary parents can walk their children directly to their classrooms, and on following days Elementary students wait in the cafeteria reception area in the morning.  Grade 5 students will be issued Chromebooks when school starts.  Please check the preschool/elementary equipment list.

5. Middle School and High School Beginning Year Routines:  The first day of school starts on August 12th at 8:15. Middle School and High School Students will start in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre.  Schedules will go live on August 10th, directions for checking schedules are here.  Please check the middle school equipment list. 

6. IB Diploma Student Beginning Year Routines (Grades 11 and 12):  Grade 12 return to school on Monday 10th August for 2 days of EE workshops, from 9am - 10am before the final year timetable begins on Wednesday 12th August.  Incoming Grade 11 students should be in school on Tuesday 11th August from 9am - 2pm for their IB Diploma induction. Please check the high school equipment list.
