Cauldeen Sports' group have been very busy over the last few months! We planned and helped to organise our Mini Marathon which everyone loved and raised a HUGE amount of money for the school! In our last meeting we combined some sporty fun in the gym hall with designing a new logo for our group- watch this space!

Our Sports' Committee is showing off our new Athletics' Strips. A job for our next committee meeting is to make sure these are sorted and ready in bags (also new!) for our next event! These will definitely make us run faster! :)

Today our Sports' committee designed posters to encourage others to support anyone from Cauldeen running in the Inverness 5K on Sunday 8th March. We discussed what makes a good poster and made an excellent start on designing them. We will finish them during our next session and pop them round the school to remind everyone to support and sponsor those who are running!

Today we discussed what makes a good logo and made a start to our designs. We also started to think about what our next fun school sporting event might be. We thought a pupuils v teachers tournament might be fun. Both sports committees found out how to play 'Bench Ball' and we all had a go at playing it at the end of the session. This could be a good one! Watch this space!
