Turkeys

People usually think that turkeys have only one kind: The type that lives on the farm. But, there are also wild ones. Wild Turkeys eat corn, and can fly. Many people think that turkeys can't fly, but they can. This is an advantage to fly away from predators, such as Raccoons and Coyotes. But, they are hunted by birds too, like Falcons and Goshawks. Turkeys are also good at running. So, if they can't fly, they could run. Turkeys depend on their tail feathers to keep it balanced while flying. Different species of Turkeys include The Bourbon Red, The Bronze Turkey, and The Domestic Turkey.
